Modern Forms Smart Fans offer advanced control and integration capabilities. The traditional remote control includes Bluetooth connectivity, allowing it to pair with an unlimited number of fans within a 100-foot range. An optional hardwired wall control (Part # F-WCBT-WT) can also be purchased separately.

The remote control offers a variety of functions, including turning the fan on/off, adjusting the 6-speed fan, controlling the dimmable light, and toggling between winter and summer modes.

Beyond the basic remote control, these smart fans can be operated using most iOS or Android devices. The free Modern Forms app provides additional features, such as 7/365 day scheduling, adaptive learning, fan grouping, and advanced smart home integration.

Smart home integration is seamless, with support for Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, Ecobee, Control4, and Josh AI. Future updates will add support for Savant, Lutron Homeworks, and Nest.

The fans are equipped with high-powered, energy-efficient LED luminaires that produce 1,110 lumens of 3000K color temperature light with a 90 CRI, meeting Title 24 energy efficiency requirements. The LEDs have a 50,000-hour rated lifespan.

Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the fans feature a durable finish and are wet location listed. The quiet, reliable DC motors are up to 70% more efficient than traditional AC motors.

The fans can be configured to operate in either summer or winter mode. In summer mode, the blades spin counter-clockwise to move cool air through the room, potentially reducing the temperature by up to 10 degrees. In winter mode, the blades reverse to circulate warm air.

Energy usage data is provided, including a weighted average of 27W electricity consumption, 4,593 CFM airflow, and an efficiency of 172 CFM/W, with an estimated annual energy cost of $6.92 (based on $0.12 per kWh and 6.4 hours of daily use).

Accessories such as extension downrods, slope ceiling adapters, and additional remote controls or hardwired wall controls are available for purchase separately.
