The Modern Forms Smart Fan includes a Bluetooth-enabled remote control with a magnetic wall cradle, allowing it to be paired with an unlimited number of Modern Forms Smart Fans within a range of up to 100ft. An optional Bluetooth Hardwired Wall Control (Part # F-WCBT-WT) can be purchased separately.

The remote control offers a range of functions, including turning the fan on/off, adjusting the fan speed (6 speeds) with audible confirmation, controlling the light (on/off, dim up/down), and toggling between winter and summer modes.

All Modern Forms Smart Fans can be controlled using most iPhone or Android devices. The free app, available on the App Store and Google Play, provides additional features such as 7/365 day scheduling, adaptive learning, fan grouping, and advanced smart home integration.

Smart home integration enables control through popular platforms like Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, and Ecobee. Integration with Savant, Lutron Homeworks, and Nest is coming soon through app updates.

The fans are designed for energy efficiency, with a quiet, reliable DC motor that is up to 70% more efficient than traditional AC fans. They are also ETL, cETL, UL, cUL, and CSA certified for wet location use, both indoors and outdoors.

The fans feature aluminum and ABS construction, with a 14-degree pitch and 52 or 62-inch blade sweep options. A 4.5-inch downrod is included, and additional downrods can be purchased separately for longer lengths.

Each fan is factory-balanced and sound-tested to ensure a wobble-free, rattle-free, and click-free operation. They can be installed on slope ceilings up to 32 degrees, with a slope ceiling kit (XF-SCK) available for slopes up to 45 degrees.
